Nothing major for this minor update. Just a few fixes to get me back in the groove to work towards v0.40

New type of Bandit in the woods' alternate path.
Starting town girl dialogue added to talk between specific tasks.
Minor dialogue fixes.
On the docket:
Introduce Will.
Create Town 5.
Name towns and routes.
Add townie NPC dialogue.
